Granddaughter and I made these together recently and it was so much fun and tasted great! (She makes little notes in my recipes books when she helps to create a dish.) ENJOY!
2 cups self-rising flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 ½ cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. vanilla
3 medium bananas
Mix flour and sugar. Melt butter. Add all ingredients and mix well. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes in two 9x13 pans. Let cool.
ICING:
½ stick butter, melted
2 cups powdered sugar
3 T. milk
Mix together and pour over cooled cakes. Let harden and cut into squares.
