What's cooking tonight

Meals that come together fast

Mahogany Chicken

A beautiful, dark and rich dish, this one takes almost no effort and is ready in an hour. Serve with a salad, and you're set.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1/3 cup molasses

pinch of salt and pepper

1 tablespoon crushed garlic

a heavy pinch of dried basil

Mix all ingredients in a bowl, along with the chicken, of course, and let marinate for 30 minutes. Place chicken in an even layer in a baking dish and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
