Some ideas for healthy bites for children.... that experts say they'll eat. The proof, I suppose, is in the empty plate.

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/3 cup molasses
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tablespoon crushed garlic
a heavy pinch of dried basil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, along with the chicken, of course, and let marinate for 30 minutes. Place chicken in an even layer in a baking dish and bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
Tapioca is from the root of the cassava plant.
